Auto Fetch Finance (AFF) is an online Car Finance and Insurance broker with a can do attitude. With a modern day approach to everything we do, we are all about customer experience. We’re on the lookout for a motivated team member who can help more of our customers into tailored finance solutions that fit them best.
We need someone to start ASAP to cover maternity leave until April. However this could turn into either a part time or full time permanent position.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responding swiftly to all inbound leads.
Engage with customers over the phone: need to have an easy going nature and friendly approach.
Be innovative in your approach to helping customers : Quick thinking and ability to go above and beyond for your customers will contribute to this!
Process applications through our online portal and liase with the customers throughout the entire process all the way through to the apporval stage.
Build strong relationships with all customers resulting in successful sales
Manage all sales activities in CRM

SKILLS REQUIRED
Previous experience preferred but not a must.
Must have exceptional organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail is critical
Hunger for sales and customer satisfaction is essential, you need to be self driven!
Proven track record of achieving sales budgets and KPI’s and building strong relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication
Enjoy working in a team environment, you need to be a team player!
