National Bank of Malawi (NBM) plc has partnered with the Institute of Marketing in Malawi (IMM) by contributing K10 million towards the 2026 IMM Marketing Conference. The event will bring together industry leaders from 3 to 6 September at Sunbird Nkopola Lodge in Mangochi to discuss issues shaping Malawi’s economic growth and strategy.

This morning, we hosted a breakfast at Sunbird Capital Hotel in Lilongwe to honor the Scorchers’ outstanding WAFCON 2026 campaign and Malawi’s historic qualification for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. It was an unforgettable morning filled with speeches, laughter, dancing, and shared pride as we recognized the team’s remarkable achievement.

The excitement continued with special guest performances from Eli Njuchi and Tay Grin, who generously joined us for the Scorchers. As the Official Sponsor of the Scorchers, we are proud to back our champions and mark this major milestone together.
