On December 10th, the Noah Global Black Diamond Summit continued to deliver professionally profound insights. On December 10th, the second batch of t the Noah Global Black Diamond Summit in Macau continued to be exciting! The main venue roundtable forum was hosted by Michael Chen, Deputy General Manager of Glory Family Heritage & Chief Editor of Noah Holdings CIO Report, focusing on three core issues: family inheritance and upgrading, global trends, and structural window periods.

Glory Family Heritage CEO Gao Yang shared unique insights into the "structural upgrade era" and presented the GLORY methodology. Peng Qian, Director of the Kin Lo and Associates Asian Family Business and Family Office Research Center at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Associate Professor of Practice in Finance, analyzed the challenges Chinese families "most easily overlook but face rapidly growing risks" from academic and long-term case perspectives. She also discussed the fundamental changes Asian families are undergoing in inheritance methods, governance structures, and role divisions within the new global landscape.

Jiang Liqin, Vice Chair of KPMG China and Managing Partner overseeing client and business development, further analyzed the compliance and supply chain risks arising from overseas regulations, cross-border taxation, and misalignment between corporate and family structures, making complex issues more concrete and understandable.
