Positive news from lenders today. Rates are reducing 👍😁.
A great example of this is where I booked a rate for first time buyers with 10% deposit back in April on a 2 year deal at 5.1%. Since then I’ve changed the product 3 times and now at 4.68%. This may not seem a big reduction but it makes a huge difference to their monthly payment 👍
