Today we spent some time in Cheadle with one of our specialist lending partners, Together 🏡

Having access to over 100 lenders, including specialist lenders like Together, means we can offer our clients a wider range of options when it comes to securing the right mortgage solution. Their common-sense approach to lending can make a real difference in cases that may not fit traditional lending criteria.

Building strong relationships with lenders and Business Development Managers is invaluable, particularly when working on more complex cases. 👩🏼‍💻👩🏽‍💻🏡

A key part of our role is staying up to date with lender criteria, products, and market changes, ensuring we can always recommend the most suitable solution for our clients’ individual circumstances (the complementary lunch doesn’t go a miss either 😬 🥪😂)

My week so far….

Mortgage offer issued for one of my lovely first time buyers 🥰🙌🏻

Decisions in principle accepted for three more lovely clients who are now out house hunting 🏡

Protection research well underway for a client who already has their mortgage sorted, but now want to get everything in order and get some protection in place ♥️

Research for a joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage and a remortgage next on the list, before finishing off the week with initial appointments for more new clients 👩🏼‍💻🤩

MORTGAGE OFFER RECEIVED 🥳 (This one hit a little differently!)

These lovely clients approached me as first time buyers after being advised elsewhere on two separate occasions that obtaining a mortgage wasn’t an option for them at this time or that they would need a bigger deposit.

Today we had a mortgage offered 😬🙌🏻

Having access to a number of different lenders and knowledge around lender criteria really makes a massive difference and this proves it!

Couldn’t be happier for my clients - next step home owners!! 🏡 👏

⭐️ Is your current fixed deal due to end in the next six months? ⭐️

If your mortgage deal ends in October this year NOW is the time to start looking. 🏡 ⏰

Leaving your remortgage until last minute can be a costly mistake.

Looking at mortgages now means that we secure a rate, should rates increase you’ve already secured the better rate, if rates reduce with the lender we can look to request the lower rate - it’s a WIN WIN 🙌🏻

It also allows plenty of time to get the mortgage offer and necessary paperwork completed, reducing the risk of you going onto your current lenders standard variable rate 😬

NEW PRODUCT coming to the market for FIRST TIME BUYERS 🙌🏻

Do you meet the criteria below!! ⤵️

• Only one customer on a joint application has to be a FTB

• Up to a maximum purchase price of £300,000

• £5,000 minimum personal deposit which cannot be gifted.

• Employed and self-employed customers; no minimum income level

• 5 year fixed rate product, with a £0 product fee available above 95% to 98.34% LTV

• A free Level 1 mortgage valuation will be included with these products.
