Starting the week with some fantastic news ⬇️

Buying a house isnt always plain sailing.

My client put an offer in on her original purchase property, we submitted the application, mortgage offer received and well on our way. Following a survey of the property my client made the decision that the house wasn’t for her.

Well last week after months of searching the right house came along 🫶🏻🙌🏻

Wednesday we submitted a change of property form with the lender, (bypassing the need for a full underwrite), automated valuation done Thursday and Saturday we had the new mortgage offer, with a new 6 month offer issued 🏡 👏

It is REALLY worth knowing what options you have with the lender as not all lenders allow for a change of property form so this would have meant a full new application 🫠 but NOT for us 🙌🏻
