Co-Ownership's new build property limit has gone up from £215,000 to £230,000, which means more choice for buyers.

If you've been watching new build developments in Portadown, Craigavon and Lurgan, homes priced at £215,000 and above were previously over the maximum property value. Under the new limit, more of them could now be within reach.

⚠️ A £230,000 limit doesn't mean everyone can afford a £230,000 home. It still comes down to:
