✔️ Talk to someone, even if it’s just a quick message

Nobody has it ALL figured out!

There’s also no gold star (unfortunately for sticker fans) for pushing through when you’re struggling. ⭐

But you know what? When life starts to feel that little bit better, you’ll be glad you did these things.
