For routine inspections, repairs and other non-emergency visits, landlords should generally:

🏡 Arrange access at a reasonable time with the tenant.

Sorry for being really quiet on here recently. Laura and I did a thing and we got married! 💕

I promised I would relax for a little bit from work whilst away on our honeymoon, but I wanted to share a few adventures and photos with you.

Thank you to everyone who wished us well and sent kind messages, miss you. I hope Abbie, Ashley, Dan and Co are taking care of you all...

The amount of animals in Mexico is incredible... and yes, I am officially the mother of 30+ raccoons (little trash pandas), who come to see us every single night and will even tap on our door gently, the families of coatis who are like sweet little teddy bears with long tails and black wet noses, the iguanas and tormenting monkeys 😆

Miss you all, see you next week as we still need to top up our tan. 💍💍🎉🏝
