Catching up on admin from last week’s mortgage applications, chasing offered terms on Life & Critical Illness Cover, getting documents ready for a new client remortgage meeting and submitting a new mortgage application for some first-time buyers who have a very exciting deadline approaching…👶🏼🍼🏡💜

Lots of plates spinning today….all whilst being monitored by someone who’s contributed absolutely nothing to the workload!

Apparently management is exhausting 😂

She’s been promoted to Head of Completions and even has a new neckerchief to mark the occasion!!

Because today is DOUBLE COMPLETION DAY!! 🔑🥳

Two sets of absolutely lovely clients completing on their house purchases today!

A genuinely lovely couple moving home and starting their next chapter and a lovely first-time buyer who is becoming the proud owner of the home she’s been renting 🏡

I genuinely couldn’t be happier for them and getting to be a little part of such a huge moment in someone’s life is pretty special. 💜

Luna meanwhile, is taking her new role VERY seriously. She’s worn the neckerchief, posed for the photo and will now be spending the rest of the day asleep 🐾

What a Monday!

☑️ Decision in Principle secured for some lovely first time buyers
☑️ Lender legal enquiries back and forth regarding a leasehold with share of freehold purchase
☑️ Mortgage Offer confirmation and Suitability Report write up
☑️ Protection Presentation check in and follow up

Kicked my week off with a run in the rain (which was much more enjoyable than anticipated), which set me up nicely for my manic day!
Also managed to escape with to Teggs Nose amongst the carnage before it got dark! I’m really not ready for these dark evenings!!
