Today we’re celebrating two very happy couples reaching completion, but their journeys couldn’t be more different.

One couple has just bought their forever home 🏡❤️

And the other? They’ve bought the home they’ve rented since 2007!! Nearly 20 years of memories, and now it’s officially theirs 🥹🔑

Two completions, two very different stories, but one thing in common… a very exciting new chapter.

“I was so overwhelmed, anxious and didn’t really have a clue where to start.”

Buying your first home is exciting… but when you’ve never been through the process before, it can also feel completely overwhelming.

Mortgages.
Solicitors.
Surveys.
Insurance.
Paperwork.

There’s a LOT to navigate.

So reading that I was able to take away some of the stress and worry, answer the questions and make the whole experience feel more manageable means so much 💜

And “each meeting was like catching up with an old friend for coffee” might just be my favourite part of this review.

Helping someone go from “I didn’t really have a clue where to start” to securing their forever family home is exactly why I love what I do.

A little snapshot of today 📸

Meeting 1… meeting 2… meeting 3… and I think I lost count somewhere along the way! 😂

Lots of different meetings, conversations and things to tick off the list today, but the meeting that mattered most was saved until last ❤️

Ending the day with the husband and auntie, a proper catch-up and a reminder that in the end it’s the people you get to come home to that make it all worthwhile 🥰

Same laptop, six different locations 📍

I definitely wasn’t planning on working from quite so many places today, but sometimes that’s just how the day goes!

Home, coffee shop, garden… wherever I can find a comfy spot and coffee ☕️😂
