A busy day today to start the week!
As well as catching up on appointment requests and admin from over the weekend, Paul has seen a lady who is unfortunately separating from her partner and wanted to check the process and eligibility for buying him out of their property. Fortunately it all appears to fit and Paul will get the application processed imminently.
He's also met a couple who got their mortgage offer a few weeks agp to chat through their protection, specifically their life insurance, critical illness and income protection policies and has provided them with a solution that both covers them should the worst happen, but is also affordable and within their budget.
As well as this, he's dealing with two commercial mortgages, one for the purchase of a hairdressing salon and one for the purchase of some grazing land for cattle.
Hannah has spoken to a couple hoping to get onto the property ladder in the next few months to give them an indication of how much they are able to borrow based on their income and expenditure, and how much this is likely to cost them on a monthly basis. This now means that they can start their property search with a realistic idea of the price range that they can afford.
Hannah has also managed to get an agreement in principle accepted for a client who she saw last week who have now found a house that they would like to make an offer on. Now that they have an agreement in principle they are in a position to make an offer, so fingers crossed for them that it gets accepted!
