What’s on the menu this week? £250,000 in funding.

This week’s deal saw our very own William Brant work with ASC Finance For Business to secure £250k for a restaurant ready for a refurb.

The funding will give the business the room to refresh its space and get the restaurant looking its best, with repayments set at a 13% split of future sales.

Another sizeable hospitality deal through the door and a great one for Will and ASC to get over the line. We can’t wait to see what they do with the place.

A full restaurant doesn’t always mean a healthy bank balance.

Hospitality has a cash flow problem that’s easy to misunderstand. Revenue can change dramatically from one month to the next, while rent, wages, utilities and supplier costs keep coming.

And sometimes, being busy creates its own pressure. More customers means more stock, more staff and more money going out before the revenue catches up.

Our latest insight looks at the hospitality cash flow cycle, where the pressure points tend to fall throughout the year, and why funding that flexes with revenue can make sense for seasonal businesses.

🇮🇪 Deal of the Week from 365 Finance IE

A busy pub in Navan was looking to invest in a refurbishment of its bar and restaurant – and we were able to support them with €80,000 in funding, with a 12% split.

A great example of funding being put straight back into the business, helping an established local venue improve its space and keep growing.

Well done to Shane O'Connor for getting this one over the line.

Anthony has been working with 365 Finance for several years, with his Account Manager, Flutra Islami, helping to make the process smooth and straightforward every time.

His words say it best: “The service has always been first class.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thanks for the kind words, Anthony, and a huge shoutout to Flutra for continuing to deliver the level of service our customers deserve.

Deal of the Week: £60,000 funded

This week’s deal saw us provide £60,000 in funding to a restaurant operating within a hotel, introduced by our newly onboarded partner Card Payments Made Easy.

The funding will help the business refinance an existing loan to reduce its repayments, while also freeing up capital to invest in new stock.

A big thank you to Emma Everett at Card Payments Made Easy for the introduction, and to Azhar Shamshiyeva at 365 Finance for getting the deal over the line.

We’re looking forward to many more together! 🤝

Deal of the Week!

£30,000 funded for a convenience store business that was feeling the impact of higher daily deductions and looking for a bit more breathing room in their cash flow.

Introduced by our new partner Payzu, we were able to support the customer with a £30,000 advance at a 14% split, helping to create a repayment structure that worked better for the business.

The customer was no stranger to using funding to support their business, so finding the right fit was important this time around.

A brilliant first funded deal for the partnership and hopefully the first of many.

Congratulations to Payzu and Ramiel Lockett for getting this one over the line 👏
