Deal of the Week: £27,000 for a takeaway restaurant

Just weeks after taking over an established takeaway franchise, the new owner needed working capital. With limited trading history under the new ownership, several lenders had already turned him down.

Marcus Wright and the team at Bolton Business Finance Ltd brought the case to us, and we took a closer look at the restaurant's trading performance and card takings rather than focusing solely on the change in ownership.

Our Funding Adviser, Azhar Shamshiyeva, worked closely with Marcus to get an offer approved that same afternoon, and we released the full £27,000 the following day.
