Sometimes a remortgage is about more than changing your mortgage.

We recently helped a retired client release £230,000 from his Somerset property, with the funds being gifted to his daughter to help her buy her own home

Mortgage: £230,000
25% LTV

The property had some land attached, and with the client retired while his wife was still working, we needed a lender comfortable with this. So we found the right fit and got it done.
