A brilliant afternoon with the team at this week. ✨

Malcolm and Caroline headed to the NFD studio to introduce their new employee benefits package to the team, around 40 brilliant people, mostly in their 20s & 30’s, who absolutely leaned into the session.

Healthcare and pensions might not normally compete with fashion… but when the conversation is clear, human and face-to-face, people really engage.

That’s why we always say: in-person makes the difference.
And naturally we brought a little celebration with us…
