To promote Carers' Rights Day Burstalls are offering a complimentary thirty-minute consultation to carers’ who are registered with CISS, this can either be face-to-face or telephone to discuss any legal concerns or queries that carers’ may have, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), capacity, the Court of Protection (COP), and care fee planning etc.

Burstalls Solicitors understand and appreciate that navigating these matters can feel overwhelming for carers, so they are happy to offer initial guidance and reassurance to help put their minds at ease.

💚Here at CISS; we recognise that each caring role is individualised, and the support and care provided can be very varied and differ for everyone.

We have developed recipe cards covering different areas of care and health conditions to allow each carer to have leaflets bespoke to their needs to build up their own reference guide pack💚

Do you look after someone with dementia, or an undiagnosed memory impairment?

Have you heard of the Herbert Protocol?

If you care for someone with dementia, in their own home, you can fill out a Herbert Protocol form which includes details about the person, their past, their habits and places they go. Then if they go missing you can give it to us and save time at the start of a search.
