One of the best chats to have with a client tonight........
Client messages at 7:20pm to say after we'd initially spoke they'd went to another a friend had recommended. They had managed to get an offer on a house accepted but unfortunately after a week their mortgage was declined today😳😳
After a quick chat we had a look over the home report, the house was of "non standard" construction and the deposit was being gifted by a friend. We quickly worked though a few lenders and managed to find a lender that would hopefully lend🤞🤞
The client quickly sent me payslips, bank statements, ID etc and the mortgage application was all submitted at 8:07pm. By 8:08pm the lender had carried out and automated valuation and also managed to auto verify the clients income👏👏
Mortgage offer issued at 8:08pm, crisis averted and the client can hopefully get a decent nights sleep🛌🛌
If only every mortgage application were like this I wouldn't look about 70yo😂😂
