✨ Wow - It’s been a very busy few weeks ✨

I’ve been working with lovely clients - some new but a lot of returning clients which is always extra special and I’m really proud of the results we’ve achieved together:

📣 Out of Office Notice 🌴�
As of this afternoon, my out of office is officially on until Monday 4th August as I take some much needed time off to relax and enjoy special moments with my family.

I just want to say a huge thank you to all of my lovely new clients and my amazing returning clients - you’ve kept me very busy (in the best way!) so far this year. I’m truly grateful for all of your support 💙💛

LITERALLY the most thoughtful card from clients who got the keys to their new home 🥳🏡

Let’s walk through this lovely couples journey from First Time Buyer to Home Owners…

🏁 They came to me at the very START of their journey. We worked out their affordability 💷 got them a Decision in Principle and I was able to put them in touch with a solicitor to help with noting interest & offering.

📧 They kept in touch - sending me home reports & asking my opinion of their offers etc. It can often takes weeks if not months of house hunting before the right one comes along & communication is key🏡

🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 Offer accepted - it was time to get their mortgage application submitted, supporting documentation added & compliance done!

❤️‍🩹 Around this time, we also started their protection application for their insurance. I recommended life, critical illness & income protection taking workplace benefits into consideration too ✅

🔑 And today they officially got their keys to their new home 🏡

This didn’t happen overnight, but getting the right advice, at the beginning of the process is super important & helps keep the journey as stress free as possible 😅
