Recent clients are planning an extension to their home & have done exactly that! Initially the lenders automated valuation was a bit low, so I pushed back at the bank to get the valuation a) their home deserved & b) in order to secure the funds they required. Within a week they received an offer & can drawdown on the funds at any time now to get their build started! 👏🏼
