🎉 **5 YEARS AGO TODAY, I COMPLETED MY VERY FIRST MORTGAGE ADVICE APPOINTMENT! 🏡**
After more than 20 years working as an estate agent, moving into mortgage advice was a new challenge that involved studying for and achieving the necessary professional qualifications. Five years on, I’m really glad I took that step!
Since then, I’ve helped clients buy their first homes, move house, remortgage and protect what matters to them. I’ve also met some great people along the way, with a few former colleagues becoming good friends.
Six months ago, I took another big step and launched my own brokerage, Damian Charles Mortgages. It’s been an exciting time building the business and establishing my own identity in the market.
One of the best parts of the job is when a previous client recommends me to a friend, family member or colleague. Knowing someone has had such a positive experience that they pass my details on is a real compliment, and it’s great to see those recommendations helping the business grow.
