July WAMMIE OF THE MONTH goes to Amber Read!
Amber hits her figures month in, month out. Her average time to offer is under six days, more than 80% of her offers are out within two weeks and she’s massively increased the number of Trustpilot reviews the business gets.
But actually this month wasn’t just about the figures. There was one case that Amber absolutely fought tooth and nail to get over the line. We were looking after two clients in the same chain and nobody thought there was any chance of getting the whole thing offered, exchanged and completed in the timeframe we had.
Amber thought differently.
She worked relentlessly with both clients, the lenders and everyone else involved to get the offers out and somehow get the whole chain exchanged and completed in what has to be one of the quickest turnarounds we’ve seen this year.
She was absolutely buzzing. The clients were over the moon. And for me, that sums Amber up.
Yes, the figures are exceptional. But it’s the amount she cares, how hard she works for her clients and how determined she is to get things over the line that makes the difference.
