🏡 House Prices Still Rising!

The Northern Ireland housing market remains one of the strongest in the UK.
Property Pal's latest Q2 2026 report shows the average NI house price has risen to £239,234, up 3.8% year-on-year.
Demand remains healthy, with buyer enquiries up 7% on last year and properties reaching sale agreed status in around 36 days, roughly two weeks faster than the long-term average.

Co-Ownership:-🏠
Struggling to save a full deposit?
Co-Ownership lets first-time buyers in Northern Ireland purchase a share of their home - typically 50% to 90% - with a mortgage, while Co-Ownership owns the rest and you pay a modest rent on their share. You can increase your share over time through "staircasing." Since 1978, the scheme has helped over 35,000 households across NI onto the property ladder.

🏡 Good news for homeowners and buyers!

✅ Mortgage rates are improving, creating new opportunities for buyers and those looking to remortgage.
✅ Northern Ireland remains one of the UK's most affordable places to buy a home.
Many people are surprised at just how affordable life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection can be. With the cost of living still a key concern, now is a great time to review your mortgage and make sure you and your family are protected if the unexpected happens.🏠

Summer Holidays gives us a bit of time to check things out. 😎
Think you can't afford to buy? Think again... 👀
Some first-time buyers could now borrow more than they could this time last year.
Even more surprising? Half of first-time buyers don't realise their borrowing power may have improved?

With a new Prime Minister on the way, many people are asking what it means for their mortgage.
The good news is — nothing changes overnight.
Rates remain driven by inflation and global markets, and the government’s priority is stability.
Borrower protections like the Mortgage Charter stay firmly in place, giving you options if your payments rise.
And here in Northern Ireland, strong demand and limited supply continue to support the market.
If you’re unsure what this means for your own mortgage, we're here to help😎
