Unpopular opinion:
Going straight to your bank for a mortgage is a bit like going on a night out and only speaking to one person all evening.

Might work out…
But you’re massively limiting your options.

There are lenders out there who will:

• Lend you more
• Offer better rates
• Be more flexible with income
• Actually fit your situation properly

Most people never see those options.
If you’re planning to buy or remortgage, at least know what’s available before committing.

Although, if interest rates ever get lower, you might find me halfway up a tower celebrating... 🏗️🏠

There’s a silent money leak most homeowners don’t realise they have.
