With how quickly circumstances can change I recommend reviewing your mortgage options atleast six months before you current fixed rate is due to end .
I secured a rate for my client yesterday and the mortgage offer was issued the same day 😃
Locking in the rate now in readines for the start of the 2027 .
If rates reduce I still have the flexibility to ask for a lower rate for my clients before completion 🏠
