There is a bewildering range of mortgage products available for you to choose from. As we neither represent a particular Bank or Building Society we can use a wide range of lenders products, finding the one that is especially ri

ght for your needs. We will explain exactly what is involved and explain the choice of Variable, Discount, Capped, Fixed and Cashback offers. We will complete all the paperwork, submit it to your chosen lender, negotiate your individual application and monitor its progress through the administrative procedures. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Typically we do not charge a fee, however if we do, depending on your circumstances, it will be a maximum of £250. We source from the whole of the market, with the exception of bridging loans and home reversion plans. Branches:

With all the news on mortgage rate increases ... we can still see a demand for home ownership in the market. Just look at our January figures!

Although the rates are rising and may rise again - it's important to remember - there will always be a peak and then a fall.

And while the market is peaking, quite a few lenders are reducing their rates and offering lower rates for secured mortgage deals.

This may allude to the market peaking and possibly a lower rate on the horizon!
