News: Stamp Duty Changes

📢 Stamp Duty Changes from April 1st!

First-Time Buyers:

👉 No Stamp Duty on homes up to £300k.

👉For homes between £300k and £500k, you’ll pay 5% on the amount over £300k.

👉For a £500k home, you’ll pay £10k in Stamp Duty.

Current Homeowners:

👉No Stamp Duty up to £125k.

👉Between £125k and £250k, it’s 2%.

👉For a £300k home, Stamp Duty will be £5k.
