From the road, to the Summit 👏
Over the past several months, we gathered in Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal before convening in Calgary for our second annual XX Summit.
Across every city, one thing was clear: women are shaping the future of business, investment, and leadership.
The conversations were candid. The insights were hard-earned. The willingness to share experiences, lessons, successes, setbacks, and ambition with honesty and generosity was extraordinary.
We talked about building companies. Raising capital. Creating wealth. Leading through uncertainty. Taking risks. Making decisions. Scaling impact. Expanding ownership.
But what stood out most wasn’t what happened on stage. It was what happened in the room.
Founders exchanging ideas. Investors sharing perspectives. Leaders challenging assumptions. New relationships forming. New opportunities emerging. Conversations that moved beyond networking and toward action.
Because when women come together, the impact extends far beyond a single event.
Knowledge is shared. Capital is activated. Doors are opened. Partnerships are formed. Momentum is created.
This is how ecosystems grow.
