Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto and obtaining the CFA Designation, Alvaro worked on executive positions in the Mergers & Acquisitions groups of two of the largest global consulting firms, all while simultaneously being the lead investor in many new construction and renovation projects, and several residential transactions in downtown Toronto. He soon realized that this true calling was in real estate and thus decided to dedicate himself fully to this endeavour. His corporate and practical experience combined, provide him with a sophisticated level of analytical skills which are the base of his successful home selling system, which is supported by data mining, predictive analytics and leveraged by state-of-the art digital technology.
