Feels like the market is starting to wake up again.
Over the past couple of weeks we’ve seen a noticeable pickup in jumbo mortgage opportunities crossing our desk — many of which fall just outside traditional lending boxes and are lining up nicely with a few of our investors’ active buckets.
Here’s a quick snapshot of where we’re seeing strong appetite:
• 1st mortgages $1M+ at ~5.99% for stronger borrowers (up to 50% LTV)
• High-net-worth private capital $500K – $4M (up to 65% LTV)
• Jumbo 2nds up to $2.5M behind institutional firsts (~7.99%)
