Here’s what happened today…

🏡 Saved a client $205 per month on her mortgage renewal compared to what she would have paid by simply signing with her current lender.

✅ Sent two clients invitations to complete pre-approval applications for home purchases
✅ Reviewed a transfer approval with a client
✅ Confirmed an in-office client meeting for Monday—yes, I meet with as many clients as possible in person!
✅ Followed up with lawyers on two files to confirm they received the lenders’ documents
✅ Touched base with five clients who are considering buying a home
✅ Ordered some exciting new closing gifts—I can’t wait to share them!
✅ Mailed four thank-you cards to clients and referral partners
✅ Submitted two deals to lenders for approval

Now it’s time for a walk, some pickleball…and perhaps a celebratory b**r! 🍺

Those aren’t always the same number.

A lender may say you can borrow up to a certain amount—but that calculation doesn’t know that:
Your kids are in competitive sports.
You love travelling.
You want to keep contributing to savings.
You have daycare costs.
