Recent flooding across Ontario is a reminder that “water damage” doesn’t always mean “flood coverage.” And the difference matters:

💧 Overland Flood — water entering your home from overflowing rivers, lakes, or heavy surface runoff
🚽 Sewer Backup — water backing up through drains or sewer systems

We celebrated with a Lunar New Year potluck, where team members brought in homemade and carefully prepared dishes to share.
