This past Thanksgiving got us thinking about just how thankful we are for all the people who support Unify Financial!

Your options. Some lenders offer a blend and extend, which may be a way to lower your rate without breaking your mortgage.

Renewal season is not a real season...renewals land whenever your term ends, which could be March, or July, or a random Tuesday in January.

But fall is when people finally open the mail, which is how a renewal notice ends up on the kitchen counter for three weeks.

If yours is coming up in the next 6 months, now is the time to look at your options. Renewal is your cleanest shot at a better deal, and most people sign whatever the bank sends because it is easier.
