Vancouver was only the beginning. 🇨🇦₿
We're back in Calgary after taking Bitcoin Manor and STACKSWORTH CORE to the Vancouver Bitcoin Block Party.
It was CORE's first trip outside our local Calgary market—and watching complete strangers stop, pick one up, feel the real hardwood, explore the touchscreen and ask, “You actually make these?” was pretty special.
And yes… we came home with fewer COREs than we arrived with. 🔥
More importantly, we came home with feedback, new relationships and an even clearer picture of what we're building.
CORE is now in production.
Next comes more COREs, the next Bitcoin Adventures book, the larger STACKSWORTH touchscreen family—and a whole lot more Proof of Work.

WE'RE ON OUR WAY TO VANCOUVER. 🇨🇦🔥
The vehicle is packed and we're officially on the road.
21 STACKSWORTH COREs. Built by hand. CNC-milled hardwood. Flashed. Tested. Packaged.
Bitcoin Adventures: The Blockchain Gang. Books packed and ready—including our Limited Collector's Editions.
Plus a pile of Bitcoin Manor creations from the shop.
There were a lot of late nights behind this photo. Designing. Coding. Milling. Testing. Breaking things. Fixing them. Building them again.
And yesterday, just before leaving, Bitcoin Manor officially became a registered Alberta business.
Pretty good way to start this trip.

21 STACKSWORTH COREs — ready for Vancouver. 🔥
This is a pretty special photo for us.
Every one of these started as individual components before being built, flashed, tested and fitted into a handcrafted hardwood enclosure.
Now all 21 COREs are finished and ready to package for the Vancouver Bitcoin Block Party.
Alongside them we're bringing Bitcoin Adventures: The Blockchain Gang, including our Limited Collector's Editions, plus a selection of Bitcoin Manor creations from the shop.
A lot of Proof of Work went into getting to this table. ⚒️₿

21 STACKSWORTH CORE units are making their way through final production and QC for the Bitcoin Block Party.
Handcrafted hardwood enclosures.
Live Bitcoin metrics.
Touchscreen interface.
Wi-Fi setup.
OTA firmware updates.
Built and finished in Canada.
Alongside them we're bringing Bitcoin Adventures: The Blockchain Gang, including a small run of Limited Collector's Editions, plus a few handmade Bitcoin souvenirs from the shop.

THE ROAD TO VANCOUVER STARTS NOW. 🇨🇦⚡
Last night was a huge milestone at Bitcoin Manor.
After months of designing, coding, testing, CNC milling and probably way too many late nights… STACKSWORTH CORE v2.2.0 is officially ready.
Even better — our full OTA firmware update system is now working from beginning to end. CORE can discover an update, install it with live progress right on the display, reboot, reconnect and confirm the new firmware through its web portal.
This weekend we stop developing and start building inventory and packing boxes.
Next stop: Bitcoin Block Party — Vancouver, August 23.
We’ll be bringing STACKSWORTH CORE along with Bitcoin Adventures: The Blockchain Gang and a little bit of Bitcoin Manor Proof of Work from Calgary. 🍁

CORE CAN NOW UPDATE ITSELF. ⚡
Last night was a huge milestone for STACKSWORTH.
We successfully delivered a new firmware build from our SatoNak server directly to a STACKSWORTH CORE over Wi-Fi.
CORE downloaded it, installed it, rebooted — and came back running the new firmware. We even performed another physical reset afterward to confirm the new firmware persisted.
Why does that matter?
Because the CORE you buy doesn't have to remain the CORE you bought.
We can continue developing new screens, improvements, features and seasonal releases — while giving owners control over when they update.
And underneath all of that technology is still something we care deeply about:
a physical Bitcoin device built and finished by hand.
Software + hardware + woodworking + Bitcoin.
That's STACKSWORTH.

Monday morning — and we're officially in validation mode. 🟠
Yesterday was a huge milestone for STACKSWORTH CORE: our first successful firmware update delivered over Wi-Fi through our own SatoNak infrastructure.
But one successful test doesn't mean we're finished.
Today we're working through the little things that separate a prototype from something we're comfortable putting in a box and sending to a customer.
Wi-Fi setup. Reboots. Saved settings. Bitcoin metrics. Firmware checks. The CORE web portal. Recovery when something doesn't go as planned.
We're going to keep trying to break it until we're confident our customers won't. 😂
Then it's time to update the inventory and start packing for Vancouver. 🇨🇦

That’s a wrap on the Sunday build session. 🟠⚡
Today we crossed one of the biggest milestones yet for STACKSWORTH CORE.
We successfully updated a CORE from our own SatoNak infrastructure over Wi-Fi.
The update was discovered, downloaded and installed. CORE rebooted, kept its saved Wi-Fi credentials, reconnected to the network and went straight back to work displaying live Bitcoin data.
Then came the best part…
We went back into the CORE portal and hit Check for Updates one more time:
✅ YOU HAVE THE LATEST VERSION
That little green message represented a LOT of work.
It means the COREs we're building today can continue getting better after they're sitting on someone's desk — new firmware, improvements and eventually even more ways to customize the experience.
A few final things to tighten up, another round of testing, and then it's time to start updating, testing and packaging the Vancouver inventory. 🇨🇦

Sometimes the workshop doesn't get the hours we'd planned — but the plan doesn't change.
STACKSWORTH CORE production continues this weekend.
Hardwood units are built.
New packaging has arrived.
Firmware is getting its final reliability work.
And OTA updating is next on the test bench.
We're getting closer to the point we've been working toward:
Build it. Box it. Ship it.
Vancouver is coming and we're going to the Block Party on Aug 23rd. 🇨🇦
