WFI Insurance have joined alongside more than 30 organisations to launch a powerful statement calling for government action to address the mental health crisis in agriculture.

The National Farmers' Federation is leading the call to action, seeking government funding of $50m over five years to address mental health and wellbeing in farming communities.

Executive General Manager WFI Insurance, Andrew Beer said, “We are proud to be a co-signature for this important statement aimed at securing ongoing Government investment to address declining mental health and wellbeing within Australian farming communities. There is a pressing need to boost support and better enable access to services for Australians living and working in rural, regional and remote areas.”
