provocative, discriminatory or hateful language
• obscene or offensive language. Do not post commercial content, advertisements or spam. Do not make comments that are unconstructive, offensive, racist, inappropriate, contain profanity, inflammatory, or irrelevant to the topic being discussed. Please represent your own views and not impersonate or falsely represent any other person. We may remove or hide posts that don’t comply with the above. This is not a comprehensive list and we reserve the right to take any action inline with our values to keep our social channels respectful. Please keep your personal information – including your member number – to yourself. Do not breach the privacy, intellectual property or legal rights of others. We will only ever ask you to provide us with your full name and member number privately. We will never send you an SMS or email linking directly to a login page. Our marketing team are online between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday and will endeavour to get back to you within 3 business days. Our limited service period has started.

To support the merger, a phased limited service period will run from 17 April to 11 May 2026.

During this time, certain services and transactions on member accounts will be temporarily unavailable. This period is necessary to transfer member account details, data, and administration services to Aware Super.

While we'll do everything we can to keep things running smoothly during the limited service period, there may be some disruptions to processing services.

Please read your Significant Event Notice.

We recently sent members a Significant Event Notice (SEN) regarding the upcoming merger with Aware Super on 30 April 2026. This notice outlines what this change means for our members, as well as key details about the transfer, the limited-service period and any actions members may need to take.

Members can find a copy of the SEN in their SuperOnline mailbox. This may have also been mailed as a physical letter, depending on communication preferences.
