The Aspirations Wealth team recently came together for our annual Strategy Day, this year held at the stunning Taronga Zoo in Sydney. With the harbour as our backdrop and the sounds of wildlife around us, it was the perfect setting to step back, reflect, and focus on what matters most, our clients.

The central theme for the day was identifying and reducing friction points across our business so that every interaction you have with Aspirations Wealth is as smooth, efficient, and enjoyable as possible. From streamlining our communication processes to enhancing the way we prepare for and follow up after review meetings, our team workshopped practical ideas to continuously improve client experience.

We left the day energised and united in our commitment to delivering the exceptional level of service our clients have come to expect. Congratulations to Vanessa Olguin, who received Aspirations’ first Employee of the Year award in recognition of her tireless support for clients and her willingness to help colleagues whenever needed.

Last week we posted about our EOFY appeal and for those with keen eyes you may have noticed our numbers seemed a little low.

And you were right, they were. Not one, but two of us misread the figures and have since booked ourselves a vision check 🧐😜.

At the end of the day, we’re all only human and that’s exactly what makes us kind, compassionate, and driven to help families in need.

Right now, there’s a mum who’s just left a violent home. She’s about to give birth. She’s scared. Alone. And she has nothing ready for her baby — no clothes, no nappies, no cot and no means to secure them.
