2023-24 Single Touch Payroll (STP) Finalisations will be completed 𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝟭𝟰𝗧𝗛 𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰.

As soon as your Income Statement has been finalised, it will be available in https://my.gov.au/ and will show as 'Tax Ready'.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗧𝗢'𝗦 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘:
👉 𝙃𝙊𝙇𝘿 𝙊𝙁𝙁 𝙐𝙉𝙏𝙄𝙇 𝟭𝙎𝙏 𝘼𝙐𝙂𝙐𝙎𝙏 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 to complete your tax return and/or meet with your tax agent.

There are exceptions in very limited circumstances – for example, a performing artist requiring stage makeup 💃🧛

☀️ Some creams and cosmetics can function both as sun protection and as a cosmetic.

You can only claim a deduction for the cost of a product containing sun protection if your work requires you to perform your duties for prolonged periods outdoors. And remember – you can only claim for the work-related use of these products.
