Jillian Clifford believes her role as a mortgage adviser is just as much about relationships as it is finances.
“My view has always been that we are in the business of relationships first and foremost,” Jillian said. “I’ve always believed that by providing quality advice and service to my clients, the end result will be great outcomes for all.
“Clients are obviously looking for someone who is well across the lending market and knows the ins and outs of the various products, but our experience is they want to work with someone who they can easily access and who they can trust.”
Jillian, who is highly experienced and has enjoyed an award-winning career in both banking and mortgage broking, and works hard to deliver the ‘wow’ factor. Clients have the added convenience of being able to access Jillian’s expertise and ‘can do’ attitude at her Ipswich office.
“My goal is to develop a professional but warm relationship with my clients where they feel relaxed and it’s easy for them to do business with me,” Jillian said. In addition to 28 years of banking and broking experience, Jillian is able to meet the needs of clients by working closely with a strong network of local and respected business partners who provide valuable expertise in the areas of real estate, financial planning, property law, building/developing and personal insurance. More than 90 per cent of Jillian’s business comes as a result of referral from clients or business partners and her customers give her a customer service rating of 9.8 out of 10. Jillian is actively involved in the local community and is a strong supporter of several charities such as The Kids’ Cancer Project.
