With the RBA having increased rates again in September, and further increases potentially on the cards, is now a good time to consider fixing your mortgage?

There are still some competitive fixed-rate options available, including:

A little introduction for anyone new here!

I'm Spencer, the mortgage broker behind Valley Lending Co.

While I help with everyday home loans, first home buyers and refinancing, I have a particular interest in lending scenarios that don't always fit neatly into the box.

That includes acreage and lifestyle properties, larger rural blocks, self-employed applicants and clients who may have experienced credit impairment.
