I have nearly 10 years’ experience in the mortgage broker industry. I love what I do and enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals. Purchasing your first home or investment property or looking into refinancing can be a daunting time, my aim is to make this process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible by being honest, reliable and there to guide all my clients through this experience. I have access to over 30 finance institutions, including all the major and smaller banks. I am accredited with each financial institution and have comprehensive knowledge in their broad range of products. This enables me to offer the best loan to suit your specific needs. Saving you time and money by doing the shopping around. Your time is valuable, investigating loans and meeting appointments with banks is an endless process. I will do the leg work for you and I am mobile for appointments 7 days a week. I organise everything from the loan application through to settlement. Purchasing a home or investment property should be an exciting and rewarding experience. There are 100's of lending products available in today's market. Through my knowledge and experience I aim to remove the confusion and guide you through this process.

SHE DID IT! 🥹🏡🔑

Buying your first home is a huge milestone, but doing it on your own makes it an even bigger achievement.

We took our time. There were lots of conversations, plenty of questions and a few “Am I doing the right thing?” moments along the way.

And one thing that was really important to me was making sure she felt comfortable and confident with her numbers.

Because here’s the thing…

Just because a bank says you can borrow more, doesn’t mean you have to.

We worked through what she could borrow, but more importantly, what she actually felt comfortable borrowing.

The goal wasn’t to stretch her to her maximum purchase price. It was to help her buy a home she loved, with repayments that suited her lifestyle and didn’t leave her feeling financially stretched.

And she did exactly that. 🥹

This one was extra special — not only did I assist with the finance for their new home purchase, but I was also there behind the scenes helping guide the sale process of their existing property, coordinating and preparing the discharge process to help everything run as smoothly as possible.

Buying and selling at the same time can feel overwhelming, with so many moving pieces happening all at once.
