Turning a “no” into a yes 🙌

The bank told these clients “no” when they went to access some extra funds. Instead of leaving it there they came to me and we had a proper review of their whole loan situation.

I went back through their loan, found a better option they didn’t know existed, and got them to a yes, plus a few wins they weren’t expecting either 💰

It’s not about knowing more than the bank. It’s about having someone who’ll actually go looking for the option that works for you.

This one’s a little extra special ✨

Not every purchase happens overnight and sometimes they’re the most rewarding ones! New name, same me! New Perspective is officially here, and this is me popping in to say hi under the new name. 💖

If you’ve followed along for a while, you’ll know my name has changed a few times over the years, personally and professionally. Each change came with its own chapter, but through all of them, one thing has stayed exactly the same. The way I look after my clients. Still the same friendly,jargon-free, actually-replies-to-your-messages service you’ve always had from me.

Shakespeare reckoned a rose by any other name would smell just as sweet, and honestly, he had a point. 🌹

The difference this time? This one feels like home. A fresh New Perspective, and something tells me it’s sticking around for a good while.

A lot can change in a few months 💙🩵

My reason for being a little quiet on here the last few months… the most gorgeous little man, Theo 🥰

When I stepped away on maternity leave earlier this year, I was excited and a little nervous. Fast forward to today, and our little family has grown, life looks very different, and I’ve gained a whole new appreciation for just how important financial security is for families.

I’m excited to share that I’m officially back on deck in July! 🎉 And I can’t wait to continue helping clients with their home loan needs across Yass, Canberra, wider NSW, VIC and QLD.
