Even if you qualify for the 5% Deposit Guarantee Scheme, that doesn’t automatically mean you’ll qualify with every bank.
Here’s why you need a broker👩‍💻 Each lender has different policies and credit criteria and that’s where things can get confusing. Some look at genuine savings, others accept retained savings or gifts. Some are flexible with income types, while others are strict about employment or property types.
