I finally got to collect my First Home Buyer Specialist award today after missing the awards night because I was unwell.

No fancy dress. No stage. Just me, a trophy and a proud selfie. 😄

When I started APC Home Loans, I made a conscious decision to focus on first home buyers. I’d had a pretty average experience buying my own first home, and after years of helping first home buyers through the banks, I knew I could make that experience better for others.

It’s easy in business to try and be everything to everyone, but today was a nice reminder that there is real value in finding your niche and becoming really good at it.

Here’s to helping many more people get the keys to their very first home. 🏡💙

I’m excited to share that I was named First Home Buyer Specialist at the Broker Innovation Awards last night!

Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend the awards night thanks to COVID, but I was genuinely overwhelmed by the number of calls, messages and congratulations I received from brokers and others across the industry. It made the recognition even more special.

If you’ve been following my journey, you’ll know that helping first home buyers has been a real passion and a major focus of my business. Buying your first home can be one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll ever make, and I love helping people navigate the process with confidence.

To be recognised for something I’m so passionate about is incredibly rewarding. As the business continues to grow, I’m excited to keep building on this niche and help even more Australians achieve their goal of home ownership.

I can’t believe I’m celebrating 3 years in business. What a journey it’s been.

Three years ago, I started working from a home office with one simple goal - to build a business that would allow me to never have to work for someone else again 😂 I hoped I could find enough clients to make it work. Fast forward to today, and we have an amazing team, our own office, and a business that continues to grow beyond what I imagined.

Over the last three years, I’ve grown so much, not only as a business owner but as a person. There have been challenges, lessons, wins, and plenty of moments that pushed me outside my comfort zone.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way - my clients, referral partners, family, friends, Marianna and the amazing people who believed in me from the very beginning. Thank you for trusting, supporting, and cheering me on. I genuinely wouldn’t be here without you.
