Wizard Pharmacy Innaloo & Wizard Medical Centre Pharmacy Innaloo | Sold & Settled by Chris Swifte of AP Group! 🎉

Congratulations to Paul Rees and Aaron VanVliet, who have sold and settled both Wizard Pharmacy Innaloo and Wizard Medical Centre Pharmacy Innaloo.

This one was particularly meaningful for Chris. His relationship with Paul and Aaron goes back many years, to when they first met and worked together through the conversion of the stores to TWC. To have it come full circle and then be asked to represent them in the sale was a genuine honour.

Selling a business is rarely just about the transaction. Behind it sit years of hard work, commitment, relationships and memories, and being trusted to guide that process for people he has known so long is something Chris is truly grateful for.

For Paul and Aaron, this marks the end of one chapter and the start of another. Chris thanks them both for their trust and friendship, and wishes them every success and happiness in whatever comes next.

Behind every pharmacy sale is a story, and for Findlay & Weymouth Amcal Pharmacy, it is one of community, commitment and the legacy built by its owner, Nic Balfour.

For Nic, this was about far more than selling a business. It meant handing over something that had come to matter a great deal to the local community, and stepping away from pharmacy ownership to begin the next chapter of his life. Decisions like that are never taken lightly, especially when an owner has poured so much of themselves into their pharmacy, their team and the people they serve.
