"The challenge with this complete ground floor internal renovation was to keep almost all of the existing window and door locations to assist with budget and to also provide enough internal walls to support the upper levels. After a bit of experimenting in 3D we were able to come up with a layout that featured a sun drenched kitchen plus island, private study and more accessible laundry/powder room plus open living. My clients piano and pool table also needed a home. All builder and engineer approved!"
