Last week, our CEO Simon Ziba ,Senior Management Team , Regional Managers and other Head Office managers proudly marked the successful completion of the Root 2 Fruit Leadership Training, which began in August last year and officially concluded last week in Nairobi, Kenya.

The Root 2 Fruit programme is a transformative leadership journey that explores the foundational beliefs, values, and mindsets shaping our cultural identities. It equips our leaders with deeper self-awareness and practical tools to drive purpose-driven leadership and enhance organisational impact.

Following this important milestone, the SMT will roll out Empowered Worldview conversations under the Root 2 Fruit module to all VisionFund Zambia employees. This next phase aims to strengthen a shared vision, foster positive mindsets, and cultivate a culture of accountability, resilience, and holistic transformation across the institution.
