This Women’s Day, we celebrate the women who lead with purpose and make a meaningful difference across SDC Wealth.
As Head of SDC Wealth, Marthie reflects on what being a woman has brought to her own leadership journey:
“Being a woman is a strength in itself.
Throughout my career, I’ve often been described as the ‘mom’ of the office — something I see as one of my greatest strengths. Being a mother has taught me patience, resilience, encouragement, accountability and the importance of supporting others.
For me, leadership is about more than achieving results. It’s about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to grow.
Leadership is about leading with both strength and heart — lifting people up and leaving every person and every team better than I found them.”
