🏡 Did you know you may not have to pay Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) for the life of your loan?

As you build equity in your home, you may become eligible to have your PMI removed. In some cases, you can request cancellation when your loan reaches 80% loan-to-value, and in others, PMI may automatically cancel at 78%, provided certain requirements are met.

Today marked my third closing of the week, and my heart is full.

Helping families receive the keys to a place they'll call home is something I'll never take for granted. This week has been such a blessing, and I'm so thankful the Lord allows me to do what I love. ❤️

It's even more meaningful when a closing ends with hugs instead of handshakes.

Now I'm trading closing tables for Gigi time with my grandson... and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I hope your weekend is filled with the people who matter most to you. Take time to slow down, make memories, and enjoy every moment.
