One of the highlights of working with him as our Loan Officer was his open-door policy, which allowed me to text or call him nearly any hour that I needed him.
And he was there to answer whatever question I needed answered.
This is a stark contrast to a Loan Officer I was working with just before him, who was abruptly fired.

Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable and even more humble.
He made the process seamless, even through the inevitable setbacks and curveballs.
