We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate to join our in-office team. This role combines client support with sales responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and identifying coverage solutions.

Requirements:
• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 Property & Casualty (required)
• Prior experience with Personal Lines Insurance (auto, home, renters, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus potential based on performance
