I just wrapped up a cash-out refinance for a repeat client in Prattville who is putting the equity he’s built in his primary residence to work.

He’s purchasing land, and rather than taking out a separate land loan, putting 20% down, and potentially paying a higher interest rate, he’s using the equity in his home to pay cash for the land.

And the best part? We started this loan last Wednesday and are clear to close today — just 8 calendar days from start to finish. 🙌🏼

This is just ONE example of what you can do with your home equity.

If you’re new around here, I thought I’d take a moment to reintroduce myself! 👋🏼

I started in the mortgage industry as a loan originator assistant during my senior year of high school. At the time, it was simply a job that would help me pay my way through college. Little did I know that 14 years later, I’d still be doing what I love!

In 2018, the summer before my final year of law school, I earned my loan origination license, and since then, I’ve had the incredible privilege of helping so many individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. I’ve also had the opportunity to help homeowners refinance and position themselves for a stronger financial future.

One of the parts of my career that means the most to me is serving those who serve. I have tremendous appreciation for our military veterans and am proud to maintain my designation as a Certified Veteran Lending Specialist. 🇺🇸
