Thank you to Alumni Ambassador Tyler Bise (’26) for representing GSBC and sharing his experience with fellow Missouri bankers. Tyler talked with attendees about the curriculum, Peer Group connections and how GSBC has helped him grow professionally. And, of course, what makes spending time in Boulder so memorable!

Colorado gave EDI Cohort 15 a beautiful send-off this morning! 🏔️

These bankers just completed their first session of GSBC’s Executive Development Institute for Community Bankers®. They’re heading home with new relationships, a better understanding of their leadership strengths and goals to work toward with their coaches and CEO mentors.

We’ve enjoyed getting to know this group and look forward to hearing what they put into practice at their banks. See you in April!

Meet a few of the bankers starting EDI today!

We’re welcoming 15 new participants to GSBC’s Executive Development Institute for Community Bankers® (EDI) in Broomfield, Colorado. One of their first opportunities is sitting down with their CEO mentors.

Each participant is paired with an experienced CEO from a non-competing bank who will work with them throughout the 19-month program. These first conversations help them get comfortable with each other so they can ask questions, talk through challenges and share honest advice in the months ahead.

Thank you to our CEO mentors for sharing your time and experience. And welcome to our newest EDI participants! We’re glad you’re here!
