Every year, we’re impressed by the ownership GSBC students take over their own development. This summer was no exception.

Throughout , students pushed themselves to think differently, strengthen their skills and consider where they wanted to grow next. They made our Level Up theme personal, then carried those lessons back to the banks and communities counting on them.

We loved hearing what growth looked like through their eyes, and we think you will too! 👇

This year’s Level Up theme was built on the idea that everyone has a next level. It invited students to get clear about their goals during the two-week session, beginning in pre-session meetings where they identified what they wanted to strengthen.
