According to Realtor.com, mortgage rates fell to 6.01% this week, the lowest level since September 2022, making homes more affordable for buyers. 🤩

Lower rates are also giving current homeowners the opportunity to refinance and potentially save thousands over the life of their loan. 🏡

According to Realtor.com, mortgage rates dipped slightly to 6.09% this week, staying close to recent lows. With steady wage growth, strong job stability, and the Fed expected to remain on pause, buyer confidence continues to hold strong heading into the spring market. 👍
 
Rates in the low 6% range are allowing qualified buyers to move forward with confidence, and many homeowners today are already benefiting from lower rates they secured previously. Inventory remains below pre pandemic levels, but listings are increasing year over year, creating more options for buyers entering the market. 🤩
